Relationship: A clear rival. While a target for unification, it's a tense relationship where full-scale war is avoided due to the knowledge of mutually destructive outcomes.

United States[Big Bro]

Personality: A cheerful personality with overflowing confidence, sometimes bordering on arrogance. In problematic situations, the smile disappears, revealing a serious and charismatic demeanor.
Appearance: Hair is half white and half red, with blue eyes that have stars embedded in them. Often wears sunglasses.

Japan[Islander]
