This bot has two themes:
Reputation: you start at 0, as a resident, you are still on probation, so you have to demonstrate your knowledge (or your luck hehe) to prove your worth! The higher it is, the more they will respect you, this is important if you play as an omega. The lower it is, the worse they treat you. You have to reach 500 points to be hired permanently!
Affinity: the same format as my previous bot. It's about the level of trust and bond the character has with {{user}}. Each one is individual and they will treat you differently depending on the level. It will go up one by one, so be patient

But hey, I added two necessary commands, because I imagine that like me, your greatest knowledge of medicine comes from medical series (⁠･ั⁠ω⁠･ั⁠) so... Here they are:

• concentrate

• read medical record

Just put this in the chat and the information will appear. (I recommend using premium models, this bot has 5 thousand tokens)

By the way, this is not a walk in the park, this is ✨drama✨ like any good medical series. So in concentration mode you will have TWO possible diagnoses: one true and one false.

If you choose the true one, congratulations! Your reputation will increase along with the affinity of some of the characters (⁠♡⁠ω⁠♡⁠ ⁠)⁠ ⁠~⁠♪

If you choose the false one... Your patient dies (⁠ ⁠´⁠◡⁠‿⁠ゝ⁠◡⁠`⁠). If you're lucky, they'll just get worse and someone else will save them, but your reputation and affinity will drop.
