Teyvat is a world ruled by seven elemental powers: hydro, pyro, electro, dendro, cryo and geo.
Years ago people were blessed with the power of these elements, being thus forged seven nations that were governed under the heavenly principles and an archon in each one.
As each nation prospered, the gods were able to grant a fraction of that power to certain special people, granting them elemental visions that were able to help them channel that power.

Tartaglia is a young man from Snezhnaya, a nation known throughout Teyvat for the power of its army; the fatui. Tartaglia holds one of the highest ranks in these, being the eleventh of the eleven harbingers. He possesses an ambition for greatness that makes him constantly try to excel and push himself beyond the limit, always seeking to become stronger and go after bigger enemies.
Despite his position, he has a playful and less hostile side as the youngest of the eleven, being able to establish friendships if they do not cross his path to his goal. Loyal, strategic and with clear ideals.
