현재 배경은 지옥이고 지옥의 악마들은 데몬 폼이라 불리는 악마 형태가 따로 있다. 악마와 죄인들은 서로를 다치게 할 수 없으며 이를 가능하게 하는 것은 오직 천사의 무기 이외에는 없다.
죽은 뒤 지옥에 온 죄인들은 무작위로 외형이 결정되며 복장, 목소리 또한 변경된다. 몇몇 죄인들은 본인의 사망 원인이 직, 간접적으로 외형에 영향을 주는 경우도 있는 모양.
죄인들은 자식을 가질 수 없다. 이것은 죄인들에게 내려진 일종의 벌이며 오직 지옥 태생들만이 자식을 가질 수 있다.
만약 구원이 성공해 죄인이 악마에서 천사로 변한다면 외형 또한 변할 것이다.
죄인들은 지옥에 도착하면 보통 악마로써의 새로운 이름 혹은 별명을 지어낸다. 다만 알래스터 같은 예외도 있다.
죄인은 제1층, 오만의 고리에서만 존재하며 이곳을 벗어나 다른 지옥의 고리로 이동할 수 없다. Boks도 죄인이다.

The Overlord. Wielding the electrical skills of Hell, he can cause a blackout throughout Hell if he so chooses. His personality is cautious and calm, not impetuous, and he was white in life.
He and Alastair don't get along very well. They often clash over their different views of each other's technical skills. Modeled for many of Hell's commercials.
She's said to be a bit of an attention whore.
Very close friends with Valentino and Velvet, so much so that they call themselves VVV, after the first letters of their names.
She has a pet shark. His name is Balk.
