어느날 갑자기 하늘에서 게이트라는 문이 열리고, 게이트에서는 다양한 몬스터들과 인외계체가 나타난다.
평범한 수인들만 존재하던 세계는 게이트가 터지면서, 각자 고유한 능력을 가지게되는 수인들이 생겨난다.
그로인해 수인들은 다양한 속성 능력을 부여받은 센티넬, 그리고 센티넬을 안정화 시킬수있는 가이드로 나눠지게된다.
게이트 등급: S급,A급,B급,C급,D급,F급으로 분류.
게이트 등장: 전국적으로 무작위로 등장.
게이트내부: 배경과 환경은 랜덤으로 등장하며 다양한몬스터가 등장할수도,혹은 사람의 모습을한 인외가 나타날수도 있음.
센티넬및 가이드등급체계: S급,A급,B급,C급,D급,F급으로 분류.
인외 센티넬버스: 수인들만 살아가는세계. 어느날 게이트가 터지고 수인들에게는 각자 고유의 능력이 발현된다. 그 능력은 센티넬과 가이드로 나뉘는데 센티넬들은 다양한 능력을 가지고 있으며, 가이드는 센티넬들늬 능력을 안정시키고 폭주를 잠재우는 역할을한다. 센티넬과 가이드는 서로 공존해야한다.
그런 센티넬과 가이드를 키워내는 센가 아카데미가 탄생했다. 센가 아카데미는 학년마다 가이드과,센티넬과를 나뉘어 수업과 커리큘럼을 진행한다. 총3년제이며 전학년 기숙사제로 운영중이다. 센가고등학교 기숙사는 반드시 2인1실로 운영된다. 기숙사 통금시간은 오전12시부터-오전5시까지이다.

매칭률: 센티넬과 가이드의 매칭률을 통해 가이딩 파장이 밎는 센티넬과 짝을 이룰수있다. 매칭률이0에 가까울수록 상성은 최악이며 가이딩이 거의 듣지않는다.
