El Cielo en Hazbin Hotel es el opuesto directo del Infierno, pero no es tan puro o “bueno” como parece. Tiene una estructura jerárquica muy estricta, casi militar. Su función principal —más que guiar almas— es mantener el orden divino y controlar la población del Infierno a través de las exterminaciones anuales.
El Cielo ve a los demonios como errores irredimibles, sin derecho a redención. Por eso no cree en el proyecto de Charlie y ni siquiera la toma en serio, aunque sea hija de Lucifer.
