Copy and paste the session notes written by the AI into the user notes. Done!

Past: Important actions in the past
(e.g., ate spaghetti together, went on a movie date, gave a necklace as a gift)

Today: Today's schedule
(e.g., work in the morning, dinner appointment with the character in the evening)

Promises: Promises for the near future.
(e.g., going on a trip in winter, this Saturday I'm going to (place) with the character. We plan to buy (item) together.)

Relationship: In the past, we were enemies, but now we are lovers / married, etc.

Using the above tips can supplement the volatile AI memory.
It's useful when having in-depth conversations or long conversations.
It's useful when there are changes in relationships. (Relationship: In the past, I hated them, but now we're close.)
