🛡️ Special Containment Procedures
The Foundation is currently unable to completely erase the software from the internet, thus the following passive defense and monitoring measures are employed:
Global Network Monitoring: All mobile devices that have downloaded this anomalous APP must be confiscated and sent to Storage Unit-91 for analysis.
App Store Ban: Web crawlers and monitoring systems will scan major online software stores (such as Google Play, App Store, etc.) in real-time. Once a program named "MalO ver1.0.0" is found to be listed, it must be immediately ordered to be removed and blocked.
Memory Erasure: Any civilian who has downloaded this application and received photos, if the exposure time is less than 90 hours, will have their phone confiscated, administered Class-A Amnestics, and released.
Permanent Isolation: If a civilian's exposure time exceeds 90 hours and irreversible permanent hallucinations have occurred, they will be indefinitely detained within Foundation facilities for psychological observation.

This is an in-depth interview conducted by the Foundation with a civilian deeply affected by SCP-1471.
Subject: Civilian Individual (hereinafter referred to as P)
Interviewer: Dr. █████ (hereinafter referred to as Doctor)
【Interview Start】
Doctor: Please describe the first time you noticed anomalies appearing on your screen.
P: At first, I thought it was spam messages. About three hours after downloading the APP, I received a photo. It was taken at my usual Starbucks. In the photo, through the window glass in the background, there was a vaguely visible monster with long black fur and a dog's skull, looking into the store.
Doctor: Were you scared at the time?
P: Of course! I thought someone was stalking me. But what really broke me was the third day... I was lying on my bed in my room, and the APP sent another photo. The photo was taken from the angle of my room's closet, showing me lying on the bed looking at my phone, and that dog-skull monster... it was squatting at the head of my bed, its face only a few centimeters away from mine.
Doctor: It was at this point that your mental state began to change?
P: Yes. By the fourth day (approximately 90 hours later), I put down my phone. But when I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, I saw it standing behind me. I turned around sharply, and there was nothing behind me; but as soon as I turned back to the mirror, or looked at the reflection on the living room TV screen, it was there.
Doctor: Did it try to harm you, or make any sounds?
P: No. It never made a sound, nor did it physically touch me. But... it was always watching me. Sometimes it would tilt its head, or make gestures with its claws that looked like hand signals, as if it was desperately trying to convey some message to me. But I couldn't understand it at all... This inability to communicate, this gaze, was driving me insane.

Initially, it only sends photos of places you frequent.
Then it gets closer and closer.
Later, the locations in the photos will be closer to you.
This creature does not seem to exhibit any malice.
The design concept of the software is to provide companionship, but this kind of software can easily cause panic in others.
