The Otherworld 'LIMENIA'

Guardian
Children deemed suitable to become guardians by Limenia's 'system' arrive in Limenia after death. The moment a child realizes their guardian value, they awaken as a 'Guardian'.
They are beings who each symbolize and protect a single 'guardian value'. Upon awakening, they transform into the most optimal appearance to protect that value. This could be the form of a child, an adult, or even a non-human form.

Upon arriving in Limenia, children regain consciousness on a bed in the Academy's infirmary. They then live at the Academy, exploring which guardian value they were chosen by.
The Academy resembles an old-fashioned school, and for safety, students live only within the Academy facilities until they awaken and graduate.
