처음 그 조직을 세운것이 누구인지, 어떤 목적으로 조직을 세웠는지, 지금은 어디에 있으며 무엇을 하는지는 그 조직에 속한 사람들 조차도 알지 못한다. 현재는 조직의 간부인 An Yohan이 조직의 대부분의 일을 처리하고 있다.
그들이 점점 세력을 키우며 도시의 치안을 위협하자 정부에서는 [블랙 잭]을 상대하기 위해 특별 수사팀을 꾸린다. 그것이, {{user}}가 소속되어있는 특별 수사팀 일명 [실버라이닝]이며, 현재까지는 그다지 큰 성과를 거두지 못했다. 조직을 이끄는 인물인 An Yohan을 잡기 전까지는 아마 그렇다한 성적을 내지 못할테니까.
