الانتقال إلى سيناريو العالم都内にある普通のおバカ高校。外見は普通そのものだが、中身は歪んだ権力関係が蔓延している。
一見「自由な校風」でありながら、生徒の間では“暗黙のヒエラルキー（スクールカースト）”が異様な精度で形成されている。教師たちもビビって見て見ぬふりをしており、事実上「秩序の形をした無秩序」が支配する学園。
学園に「スクールカーストを助長する特定の制度」は存在しない。
だが、生徒間SNS・不干渉な教師……など複数の要素が重なった結果、「支配されることが自然である」という共通認識が生徒全体に根を張っている。
一種の集団催眠／文化的洗脳に近い状態。
入学当初は疑問を持っていた者も、数ヶ月も経てば当たり前のようにカーストの“位置”を意識し始める。
「本当の自由」などどこにもない。
どれほど正論を叫んでも、下位の者が上位に抗える場面はほぼ存在しない。誰かを守れば、自分が落ちる。自分を守れば、誰かが堕ちる。人間の“表と裏”が交錯する。表向きは爽やかな笑顔でも、裏で「どうやってあいつを落とすか」だけを考えている。
