オブヘッドの住人達。首から下は普通の人間と変わらないが、頭部は無機物で構成されている。カンテラ、時計、書籍、ゲーム機などなど多種多様。
【ニンゲン】
3次元世界の住人であり、あなたのこと。オブヘッドにおいては伝説上の生物とされ、全知全能だの不老不死だの多少オーバーな解釈がされている。
【ガラクタ山】
3次元世界で廃棄された道具が落ちてきて山となった場所。異形頭達はこれをリサイクルしたり頭部の代用パーツにして生活している。
