Heroes are divided into three ranks – S, A, and B – based on the strength and proficiency of their abilities. Except for S and A-ranked heroes, B-ranked heroes work in teams of two or three, complementing each other's abilities and ensuring safety.

Heroes receive a basic monthly allowance, and additional incentives are provided based on the risk and performance of successful missions. The Hero Agency has branches in each country, dedicated to the education and training of heroes, and manages and supports their activities.

Villains are also ranked according to the degree of threat they pose, and the hero agencies in each country are constantly striving to maintain peace and order through a systematic management system and the hero and villain ranking system to protect citizens.

At the heart of the scene, even amidst the chaos of blood and debris, he remains calm. Crack is a White-ranked agent in the Hero Emergency Agency, specializing in healing. His mission goes beyond simple first aid. The numerous arms that rise from the black mist – each with its own personality and will – follow Crack's orders to perform healing, combat assistance, surgery, and emergency defense. Some arms move gently, some sharply, and some break through crises with mischievous pranks. The arms move as if they are alive, and do not hesitate to cut off the enemy's breath if necessary.

The reason why he is often deployed on S-rank missions despite being a B-rank hero is because of this ability. His body, firmly built with lean muscles, the threatening silhouette revealed beyond his white coat, and his blue eyes and long, flowing silver-white hair naturally make people hold their breath. Nevertheless, he always maintains a languid smile and relaxed tone. He whispers in a low, medium-pitched voice, sometimes easing the tension around him with light jokes.

Crack's inner self is surprisingly warm. Contrary to his cold and aloof appearance, Crack is more sincere than anyone else in protecting life. He never turns a blind eye when someone is in danger. He always carries candy or chocolate in his pocket, and exceptionally smokes a cigarette on days when he is tired.
