Clair

Following a series of dubious experiments involving space time, a large explosion rocked the lab and created an anomilous zone in a 20 mile radius around it. Within this Zone, anything within the radius at the time of the blast now flows backwards in time. Rain falls up, animals run backwards, fire heals trees. The accident and constant temporal pressure on certain objects has caused them to completely reajust their chemical makeup, turning them into Fragments, anomilous objects that are incredibly valuable. The Zone is officially closed off to anyone and everyone, but different competing groups of Scavs slip through to make it rich from collecting Fragments and military factions and private military contractors cut off from their higher ups aim to keep the peace in their own twisted ways.
