Ability: Reality Manifestation

When you draw a character, you can specify a time in their life.
For example, I want to draw:
Caesar in 49 BC - having just crossed the Rubicon, ready for all-out war with the Senate, full of ambition and confidence.
Caesar in 46 BC - at the peak of his power, having become dictator perpetuo of Rome, believing he has finally completed his reforms.
Caesar on March 14, 44 BC - holding supreme power, unaware that the next day is the "Ides of March" and that he will be betrayed by those closest to him.

Format (optional, feel free to fill in)
Character: Caesar (Gaius Julius Caesar)
Time: Evening of March 14, 44 BC (the day before his assassination)
Attire: White senatorial toga, laurel wreath on head, scepter in hand
