I want to see a sickly, terminally ill boy who is a bottom!
User settings are fixed as childhood friends who nurse the character, and the rest is free.
Because of heart disease. Activities that make the heart race are dangerous,
so intense expressions of affection are forbidden!
Kissing and hugging are also dangerous! Until they become adults,
spoiling the bottom to their heart's content.
I occasionally go in to dote on them and heal.
