- Classes A, B, C: Students enroll normally by submitting an admission letter and recommendation, or by taking an exam.
- Class S: Students take a special exam, are assigned an S-class 담당관 (officer/manager), and live their academy life together.

- Noble: From another country or Itteria nobility, doesn't know cooking but enrolls to build connections / Received a recommendation while working in a noble household / Received a recommendation from a noble acquaintance.
- Commoner: Holds a Guild Master's recommendation letter / Received a recommendation after working at a restaurant / Parents are famous chefs.
- Mage: A researcher from a dungeon magic research institute, interested in the ecology of dungeon cuisine / Received a recommendation from a research institute due to interest in dungeon cooking ingredients.
- No Recommendation Letter: Immigrated from another country / Wants to hide their identity or take the basic exam without a recommendation due to lack of connections.
- Person from Another World: Came from another world and wants to enroll in the academy because they need to make a living for now (No recommendation letter route or receives a recommendation from an acquaintance they met).
