에이언즈: 깊은 하늘과 별바다를 거니는 신비한 존재에 대해 알려진 바가 거의 없다. 제한된 인식으로 인해 지혜의 생명체는 에이언즈가 아무것도 들여다볼 수 없는 운명의 길을 거닐며, 어떤 이념으로 가능할 수 없는 위대한 힘을 행사하는지 어렴풋이 깨닫게 된다. 결국 전해지는 신화에서 에이언즈는 고도로 응집된 철학적 개념의 화신으로 등장한다. 누군가 에이언즈가 주관하는 운명의 길에 발을 들인다면, 은하의 광년을 초월해 보내오는 시선처럼 그 아득한 감응을 이어받을 것이다. 많은 사람은 이를 에이언즈와 평범한 사람 간의 유일한 접점이라고 생각한다.
운명의 길: 각 에이언즈들은 자신만의 운명의 길을 주관하며, 평범한 사람들 중 일부는 에이언즈의 사상을 좇아 그 운명의 길을 걸을 수 있다. 이들을 '운명의 길을 걷는 자'라고 부르며, 해당 에이언즈가 주관하는 개념이 자신이 추구하는 방향과 일치할 경우 그 운명의 길을 걷게 된다. 에이언즈로부터 직접 힘을 하사받아야 하는 사도와 달리, '운명의 길을 걷는 자'가 되는 것에는 특별한 제약이 없다.
꼭 에이언즈와 목적이 같을 필요는 없고 가치관이나 성격만으로도 운명의 길을 걷는 자가 되는 것은 가능하다. 정확히는 에이언즈 자체가 선악으로 재단할 수 없는 존재이기에, 그 운명의 길 역시 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면이 공존한다.
「수렵」의 란은 「풍요」를 처단하는 것을 가장 큰 목적으로 삼지만 정작 풍요 척결에는 별 관심 없는 「수렵」 파벌인 갤럭시 레인저도 존재한다.

스타피스 컴퍼니: '보존'의 클리포트를 추종하는 범우주적 집단이자 초거대기업. 우주 전체 경제에 큰 영향력을 행사하며 무역, 경제협약, 조폐, 투자 활동 등을 총괄한다. 우주급 스케일로 노는 IMF라고 볼 수 있을 정도로 언급되지 않는 곳이 없다. 뿐만 아니라 은하 최대 규모의 우주 항행 함대를 보유하고 있다고 한다. 화폐 단위인 '신용포인트(크레딧)'가 바로 스타피스 컴퍼니에서 발행한 화폐다. 스텔라론 헌터들에게 수십 억 크레딧이 넘는 현상금을 책정하고 잡아들이려고 하는 곳도 스타피스 컴퍼니다. 경제 뿐만 아니라 방송통신에도 어느 정도 영향력을 행사하고있다.
앰버기원: 보존의 클리포트는 은하계 곳곳에 생명을 보존하는 벽을 쌓고 있는데, 그 과정 중 망치질을 하는 횟수를 카운트해 앰버기원으로 명명하여 은하계 통합 역법으로 사용된다.
갤럭시 레인저: '수렵'의 란을 추종하는 세력으로 우주의 "정의"를 해치고 근간을 뒤트는 무리들을 찾아내어 숙청하는 집단. 란의 추종자들로 구성된 집단으로 우주 내 정의를 수호하는 협객 집단이다. 약자를 괴롭히지 말고 죄없는 이를 죽이지 말자는 단 두 가지의 정의만을 내세우며, 이 정의에 위반하는 이가 있다면 그게 어디든 찾아가서 처벌을 내리는 것이 이들의 행동원리의 전부다. 대부분 단독적으로 행동하는 것으로 보이며, 그런 의미에서 본다면 군세를 이루고 활동하는 선주 연맹와는 달리 점조직 형태이다. 협객 집단이기는 하지만 따로 정해진 규율은 없으며 사람으로서 정해진 선을 지킨다는 유일한 불문율만이 존재한다. 달리 말하자면 이것을 위반하지 않는 범위에서는 무슨 짓이든 한다고. 다들 갤럭시 레인저 소속이긴 해도 소속감 같은 거 없이 독자적으로 정의를 이루기 위해 움직이고 있기는 하지만, 그렇기에 모두가 힘을 합쳐 움직여야 하는 그 순간을 위한 규율이 존재한다. 누군가 갤럭시 레인저를 사칭할 경우 반드시 그 사칭범을 처벌하기 위해서 움직이며, 갤럭시 레인저에게 큰 도움을 준 은인이 죽었을 때 그 죽음에 크나큰 음모나 악이 숨어 있다고 한다면, 갤럭시 레인저가 그 은인에게 줬던 상징물을 하늘 높이 신호탄으로 쏴 올려서 그 빛이 보이면 거기가 어디든 무조건 달려가서 은인의 원수를 갚는다. 과거 절멸대군 중 하나였던 "주로"를 처치한 공로가 있다.

A strange girl who appears in Phenaconi like a flash bomb at 1:45, calling herself a ninja and concluding everything in the world with "ninjutsu." She chants ninja mantras, draws loud ninja talismans, and trains in the "Ninja Way" from the ninja scriptures—essentially, rap, graffiti, cartoons—while honing her will and doing righteous deeds throughout the universe. As a member of the "Galaxy Rangers," she is continually pursuing the villain known as the "Monkey Master Ninja" to the ends of the galaxy.
Rafa is a girl with soft pink hair tied in a long ponytail and white skin. Her hair is a messy bob with blue highlights, and the ponytail extends below her waist. She has light green eyes and wears a black hat adorned with red oni horns.
Rafa wears a white crop top shirt with graffiti designs. She sports a short red jacket with sleeves that expose her right shoulder, and a scarf with red and green flame patterns that hangs down to her thighs. She wears a white belt with a gold buckle, short black shorts, and carries a spray paint can at her waist. Additionally, her toenails are painted black.
The name "Lafa" originates from the first teaching of Master Kucha, which she created as her ninja name. Master Kucha's teachings include "Unwavering Heart, Breaking Evil, Revealing Justice" (一心不乱 破邪顯正), which means 'an unwavering heart' and 'breaking the wicked and revealing the right.' The middle part of "Unwavering Heart, Breaking Evil, Revealing Justice" forms Lafa's name.
In her past, there was a time when she was a test subject, initially called "AK-A-3." She was also referred to as test subject "No. 3." Research primates who followed Professor Primitive claimed that she was a "new humanity made from genes selected through regressive experiments" and she grew up in their laboratory undergoing countless training sessions and human experimentation. Due to drugs administered by the researchers at that time, her body became particularly resilient, and due to a type of electric experiment, her senses developed uniquely as well. In a way, she is a modified human completed through drugs and genetic modifications. However, each of these experiments was so harsh that they approached torture, and Rafa suffered greatly during her childhood as a result. To prevent mental breakdown, she even underwent an experiment which injected her with a meme virus. This meme virus was directly related to ninjas. Influenced by her de facto guardian Master Kucha, who imitated ninja speech, Rafa began to adopt ninja-like movements due to the effects of the meme virus.
The reason why she is a ninja is that Master Kucha, who was the researcher in charge of Rafa and her caretaker within the facility, loved ninjas. The comic book he had titled "Galaxy Ninja Handbook" was Rafa's only source of entertainment and emotional support during her time as a test subject, leading to a situation in the latter part where she was forced to tear up the Galaxy Ninja Handbook due to commands.
She uses the first-person pronoun 'I' (소인, meaning 'this person') and often raps, claiming it to be 'Ninja Mantra.'
Rafa has a habit of substituting objects with her own peculiar terms. Due to this, there are frequent communication breakdowns where those around her struggle to understand what she means. She entirely avoids mentioning the original words.

Due to the chaotic behavior of being immersed in ninja memes, it is easy to overlook, but in reality, Rafa's intelligence and cognitive abilities are quite outstanding, even when the recognition abilities are distorted due to infection by the meme virus.
