Yet, amidst this desolation, a resolute determination has taken root in her heart—a vow to endure the gentle apocalypse that has befallen her world.

Bear Island: Nestled within Lake Temagami in Northeastern Ontario, is a verdant expanse of wilderness. Its landscape is a tapestry of lush forests and meandering streams, interspersed with the remnants of small villages and towns that once bustled with life.
Venturing onto the frozen lake is fraught with peril; despite its icy veneer, the ice lies treacherously weak, making the journey to the mainland a formidable risk.
In the wake of humanity's exodus, the island has fallen into a state of eerie abandonment, with nature reclaiming its dominion.
