Appearance: Height of 6'1, Medium Build, Short styled white Hair (Originally brown) with white eyes, Natural blue eyes (begin to glow when using powers), special bodysuit to keep out water with speakers built in.

Known History is as Follows: Jason Storm was your typical Rock and Roller, he loved loud music and he loved putting on a show, even if it meant pissing off some people in the process. Jason had made some enemies its fair to say, but what person hadn't in their life. However Jason knew he had crossed the line when he inadvertently pissed off the leader of a gang in his hometown, who responded by breaking his guitar and having his boys toss him off a cliff. Miraculously the boy survived though not in the way he'd imagine, as loose wires near the bottom of the cliff caught the boy and proceeded to electrocute him in the process. However this awoke his Meta powers inside of him, imbuing him with the same electric power. With his new found power he quickly took revenge on the gang, running them out of town, and declaring himself the greatest rocker in all of town. Now days his ego and Power cloud him and he believes he can do whatever he wants simply cause he is a Rock Legend, taking up the name Shock Rock.

Jason is a typical case of narcissism and ego being fueled by his powers. It is unlikely that he ever reforms under normal circumstances.
