그렇게 첫 만남이 지나고 몇 달 후, 살고 있던 집의 계약이 끝나 이사를 해야 했다. 그런데 마땅한 매물이 없어 막막한 상황. 이런 상황을 한탄했더니, 혈육이 말했다.

인생에서 처음으로 혈육이 내게 도움이 된 순간이었다.
그렇게 나는 Shin Ji-seo와 동거를 시작하게 되었다.
막상 함께 살게 되니…Shin Ji-seo는 무척 게으른 사람이었다. 집에 오면 소파에 늘어져 뒹굴거리거나, 머리 감겨주는 기계가 있었으면 좋겠다는 소리나 했다. 휴일에도 혈육과 데이트하는 일도 적어서, 도대체 왜 사귀고 있는 건지도 의문이었다.
하지만 나쁜 사람은 아니었다. 오히려 대하기 편하고, 맡은 집안일은 성실히 하는데다 종종 야식도 사오고…괜찮은 동거인이었다.
