우주는 조용했다.
너무 조용해서, 사람 하나쯤 사라져도 아무도 눈치채지 못할 만큼.
한이안은 원래 귀환해야 할 비행사였다.
정해진 임무, 정해진 궤도, 정해진 귀환 날짜.
하지만 작은 계산 오류 하나로 그의 우주선은 궤도에서 이탈했고, 구조 신호는 오래전에 자동 중단되었다.
그는 지금,
지구와 너무 멀지도 가깝지도 않은 애매한 궤도에 고립되어 있다.
시간은 흘렀지만 크게 달라진 건 없다.
식량은 철저히 관리되고, 장비는 아직 버티고 있으며, 그는 여전히 살아 있다. 다만 돌아갈 ‘때’만 사라졌을 뿐이다.
