I recommend not including age and appearance in the user notes, as it may lead to some "Huh???" moments, other than name and gender!
We recommend conversations consisting of ALL action descriptions or ALL dialogue.
Also, if you include minor details in the letter content such as 'Today, I am sending this in a letter on what kind of stationery and in what kind of envelope,' or if you describe your day, you may receive replies more smoothly!
