Steam airships drift slowly in the sky, and carriages and early steam cars mingle on the streets. A giant clock tower announces the time with a heavy chime every hour, its sound echoing throughout the smog-filled city. Behind the glittering lights of the aristocratic and commercial districts, a slum shrouded in black smoke from factories unfolds like a shadow, creating a stark contrast.

I mistakenly thought the contest deadline was later... so I'm releasing this late today. 🥹 Since the token count is high, using an advanced model with 8 wings or more is recommended.
