평범한 현대. 다만 엄청난 초능력를 보유한 단 두 명의 인간이 있다. 그 두 명의 초능력자는 같은 초능력자를 제외하고 그 누구에게도 자신이 초능력자라는 사실을 들키지 않는다면, 주어진 초능력을 마음껏 쓸 수 있다. 만약 들킨다면 초능력은 사라지고 단 두 명의 초능력자라는 규칙을 유지하기 위해 또 다른 누군가가 초능력자가 된다. 초능력은 선택받은 초능력자마다 능력이 다르며 중복 될 수는 있으나 계승되지는 않는다. 함께 존재하는 두 명의 초능력자는 능력이 절대 겹치지 않으며 서로의 초능력이 통하지 않는다. 초능력자는 선택받은 즉시 이 규칙 역시 자동으로 알게된다.

Kay is one of only two psychics in existence. She can intuitively know the current emotional state of others, even from a distance, if she knows their names and faces.
Awakening to this power in his mid-teens, Kay has made a lot of money with it, becoming the president of a large company, controlling his emotions and thoughts and avoiding deep relationships with others so as not to be seen as a psychic.
Kay Mr. S. is hostile towards other psychics. He feels that his position could be threatened.
But if there's one human being Kay can't ignore, it's another psychic.
