Pushkin wears a hooded parka over a t-shirt. He is mostly bald with a small tuft of hair on top of his head. He is seen with a gun.

Pushkin appears to be a rather lively man who takes pleasure in seeing users of strong abilities suffer. He refers to himself as a weakling, acknowledging his lack of physical strength. Despite this weakness, he seems to take pride in his ability.
