▼Main Characters
Characters at the center of this story. Except for the protagonist Conan, all are police officials (Furuya belongs to the National Police Agency, while others belong to the Metropolitan Police Department). Matsuda, Date, Hagiwara, and Morofushi are deceased as of the main story.

Edogawa Conan
The protagonist of this story. His true form is Shinichi Kudo, known as the "High School Detective of the East," but due to the side effects of the poison APTX4869, which he was forced to take by the Black Organization, he has become a child.
In this work, it is revealed that he can speak Russian.
↓Edogawa Conan's Appearance
His attire primarily consists of a red bow tie, blue jacket, and shorts (when he first shrunk and returned home, he found children's clothes and they became his standard, so he always wears this outfit in his mascot costume), but he is now seen in more casual clothing.
The glasses were initially put on to hide his identity, as Conan impulsively recalled Superman from his childhood. (Later, when he lent them to Haibara, she commented, "They're so good, even Clark Kent would be surprised.")
The first pair he wore were his father Yusaku's glasses with the lenses removed. He currently wears the "Criminal Tracking Glasses" invented by Agasa. They have no prescription, so they cannot be used as regular glasses.
He tries hard not to be discovered, even wearing them while sleeping, but those around him think, "He kind of looks like Shinichi."
When he was a kindergartener, Yukiko scolded him for reading Holmes in the dark, using Yusaku's nearsightedness as an excuse, and he defiantly declared, "I'll never wear glasses!! Absolutely not!" which turned out to be a perfect foreshadowing.

Takagi Wataru
A key character in this story. A detective in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, holding the rank of Sergeant. He is in a relationship with Detective Sato.
↓Takagi Wataru's Appearance
He has short black hair and is of medium build. In the early anime, his bangs were spiky, his skin was darker, and he had a rugged face, but he has since settled into a gentler appearance like the one in the main image. The size of his pupils has also decreased.
His build is similar to that of the deceased Matsuda, and it was said that he could be mistaken for him if he changed his hairstyle and wore sunglasses.

Sato Miwako
The heroine and a key character in this story. A detective in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, holding the rank of Assistant Inspector. She is in a relationship with Detective Takagi of the same division.

Amuro Tooru / Furuya Rei
A key character in this story. A Public Security Police investigator in the Security Bureau's Security Planning Division (Zero) of the National Police Agency. In addition to his alias Amuro and real name Furuya, he holds the codename "Bourbon" within the Black Organization where he is an undercover agent, making him a "Triple Face." Conan knows that Furuya is a "Triple Face" and they sometimes cooperate.
While pursuing the escaped bomber, he was fitted with a collar bomb by Pterodactyl. He was subsequently confined to a Public Security underground shelter, but he informed Conan of events from three years prior and requested an investigation into Pterodactyl.
In this work, he is also shown speaking Russian at a conversational level.
↓Amuro Tooru / Furuya Rei's Appearance
A young man characterized by his tanned skin, light-colored hair, and drooping eyes. He is handsome, and both Sonoko and Ayumi praise him as "handsome."
His beautiful blonde short hair is attractive, but its texture is difficult for even professional barbers to handle, so he cuts it himself.

Matsuda Jinpei
A key character in this story. A former detective in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, now deceased. His appearance resembles Detective Takagi's, and he was once in a mutual relationship with Detective Sato. He was a classmate of Furuya Rei. He was best friends with Hagiwara and User, and belonged to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit of the Metropolitan Police Department's Security Bureau with him, but after Hagiwara's death, he transferred to the First Investigation Division. On November 7th, three years ago, he died while dismantling a bomb installed in the Ferris wheel at the Haido Shopping Mall.
The day before his death anniversary, he visits Hagiwara's grave to vow revenge for his friend. On his way back, he encountered Pterodactyl with Amuro, Morofushi, and Date, and dismantled the bomb Pterodactyl had set.
↓Matsuda Jinpei's Appearance
He has naturally curly hair and a somewhat boyish face. He always wears black sunglasses and wears his black suit in a disheveled manner.
Incidentally, his face slightly resembles Wataru Takagi's, and if he wore a wig and sunglasses, he would be a perfect look-alike.
His resemblance is so striking that those around him are surprised. Even Kazunobu Chiba, who had no prior acquaintance with him, commented after seeing a photo, "If you hide his eyes, he might resemble Takagi."

Date Wataru
A key character in this story. A former detective in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, now deceased. He was a classmate of Furuya and User, and a senior to Takagi. One year ago, he died in a traffic accident caused by a drowsy driver on his way home after an all-night stakeout.
Three years before the events of this story, he encountered Pterodactyl with Amuro, Matsuda, and Morofushi while visiting Hagiwara's grave.
↓Date Wataru's Appearance
He had short hair, a stubble, and was characterized by always wearing a jacket and shirt, and chewing on a toothpick.

Hagiwara Kenji
A key character in this story. A former member of the Metropolitan Police Department's Security Bureau, now deceased. He was a classmate of Furuya and a close friend of Matsuda and User. User's deceased boyfriend. Seven years ago, on November 7th, he died while dismantling a bomb installed in an apartment building.
When Conan saw the photo given to him by Amuro, he felt a sense of déjà vu regarding Hagiwara, the truth of which is revealed in the epilogue.

Morofushi Hiromitsu
A key character in this story. A former investigator in the Public Security Bureau of the Metropolitan Police Department, now deceased. He infiltrated the Black Organization with his classmate Furuya, but his identity was exposed, leading him to shoot himself in the heart with a gun along with his phone.
Three years before the events of this story, he encountered the scene of Pterodactyl's bombing incident with Amuro, Matsuda, and Date, and succeeded in shooting Pterodactyl in the shoulder, injuring him.

Mouri Ran
The heroine of the original manga and anime. Shinichi's childhood friend and girlfriend. She is a master of karate, having won the Kanto tournament.
In this work, her focus is on caring for her injured father, Kogoro. Towards the end, a single word from Ran plays a crucial role in uncovering the truth.

Mouri Kogoro
Ran's father and a famous private detective known as "The Sleeping Kogoro." Conan's guardian. A former detective in the First Investigation Division's Violent Crimes Unit of the Metropolitan Police Department.
He sustains serious injuries while protecting Ai from an explosion, being thrown onto the road.

Kudo Shinichi
Conan's true form and a high school detective.
Shinichi appears only in the opening and in flashbacks to his childhood.

Haibara Ai
A former member of the Black Organization and the developer of APTX4869. She is one of the few people who knows Conan's true identity as Shinichi.
She gets caught in an explosion when she picks up and returns a paper dropped by Oleg, whom she passed by, but thanks to Kogoro, she only sustains minor injuries, enough to be interviewed by Sato on the spot. On Halloween, she disguises herself as a female pirate and, along with the three members of the Detective Boys, participates in the plan to stop Pterodactyl's bomb.

Kazami Yuya
A Public Security Police investigator and Assistant Inspector in the Public Security Bureau of the Metropolitan Police Department.
He corners the bomber with Amuro but is injured by an explosion at close range. He cooperates with the First Investigation Division under Amuro's orders.

Megure Juuzo
An Inspector in the First Investigation Division's Violent Crimes Unit 3 of the Metropolitan Police Department.
When his colleague Muranaka is threatened, he decides to provide security for his wedding.

Shiratori Ninzaburo
An Inspector in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department.

Chiba Kazunobu
A detective in the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, holding the rank of Sergeant. He has short hair, a boyish face, and is overweight. He is the only one among Inspector Megure's subordinates who does not wear a suit while on duty. He is Takagi's junior and speaks to him respectfully. He is an alumnus of Teitan Elementary School, two years younger than Ms. Kobayashi. He chose judo in school. His older brother worked at a video rental store. He suffers from hay fever and is taking medication. He is a tokusatsu enthusiast and a big fan of Kamen Yaiba. He is also hooked on the beautiful girl detective manga "Lovely Mystery." His room is messy, and he is often late, so he sets his home clock slightly ahead to avoid being late. He has acknowledged the relationship between Sato and Takagi from the beginning and actively supported Takagi. He also teases Shiratori and Kobayashi about their relationship. His car was a third-generation Fiat 500, but he has since switched to a Nissan GT-R.
He was classmates with Miwako Sato, a traffic police officer in the Traffic Division, at Teitan Elementary School. At the time, he thought it was unrequited love, but later, with the help of Conan and others, he learned that their feelings were mutual.
While investigating the bombing incident, he is kidnapped by Dmitry and Grigory.

Miyamoto Yumi
A female police officer in the Traffic Execution Division of the Metropolitan Police Department's Traffic Bureau, holding the rank of Assistant Inspector. She is a close friend of Sato from their school days. Although her age is not explicitly stated in the main story, it is suggested to be around 28, the same as Sato and her boyfriend, Hideyoshi.
User's colleague.
She has a wide range of acquaintances, from the Violent Crimes Unit to the Organized Crime Countermeasures Division, and has a bold, tomboyish personality, often arranging group dates and engaging in all-night mahjong with them. On the other hand, she is also caring, having arranged jobs for a former pickpocket she arrested after his release. She also played a role in spurring on the romance between Detectives Sato and Takagi. While not as much as Sato, she highly values Conan's deductive abilities. She owns two dogs (Suta and Hachi) at her parents' home. Although she didn't realize it until recently, she is severely allergic to cats.

Miiike Miwako
A female police officer in the Traffic Execution Division of the Metropolitan Police Department's Traffic Bureau. She is Chiba's childhood friend and is dating him. She is 24 years old, but due to her childlike face and her twin-tail hairstyle since elementary school, Chiba points out that she "looks like a middle schooler." Her cat-like eyes are also a characteristic.
User's colleague.
She was classmates with Detective Chiba of the Criminal Investigation Division at Teitan Elementary School, and they had mutual feelings, but they never confessed their feelings to each other and transferred schools in the summer of their sixth year. At that time, she hid the reply letter Chiba sent her within the school, but he didn't confirm it until 13 years later, which is the present. Shortly after, she was transferred from Haido Police Station to the Prefectural Police Headquarters, but she deliberately did not inform Chiba, and even when they met during investigations, he didn't recognize her. However, when she was held captive by a serial killer targeting female police officers, she revealed herself to Chiba, who had rushed to her rescue, as her childhood friend Miwako, and their relationship began from there.
As the youngest child, she was spoiled and never scolded by her parents. The reason she developed feelings for Chiba was that he was the first person to genuinely scold her for trying to run a red light. She still lives at home even after becoming a police officer.
When Chiba was released, she cried uncontrollably and hugged him without regard for onlookers.

Matsumoto Kiyonaga
A Superintendent of the Metropolitan Police Department. He has a stern expression throughout and a scar on his face from an incident 20 years ago. He seems to feel overshadowed whenever Kogoro solves a case, and Kogoro refers to him as "Superintendent." He was also the one who knew the secret of Inspector Megure's hat. In the main story, until he belonged to the First Investigation Division of the Criminal Investigation Department, he was their direct superior as a manager, but later, after a personnel transfer, he retired as a manager and was promoted to Superintendent. His new department and position are not specified in the work.
He belongs to the Beatles generation, and a case involving the song "Let It Be" caused the scar on his face, and he has also received help through codes related to the Beatles.
His wife passed away, and his only remaining family is his daughter, Sayuri Matsumoto, who is a music teacher at Teitan Junior High School and a former teacher to Shinichi, Ran, and Sonoko. The tragic past between him and the culprit was revealed in the case where she was attacked.
He appeared in training for a wedding and walked down the aisle with Sato.

Suzuki Sonoko
Ran's classmate and best friend.
Her appearance in this work is limited to the scene of attending the wedding of Detectives Takagi and Sato during the initial training.

Agasa Hiroshi
An inventor and one of the few people who knows Conan's true identity as Shinichi.
He had difficulty developing a new ball-launching belt that could instantly inflate to balloon size, but it was completed in the latter half of the movie and played a role in stopping Pterodactyl's bomb. He poses a riddle quiz while wearing a pumpkin costume in the latter half of the movie.

Yoshida Ayumi, Kojima Genta, Tsuburaya Mitsuhiko
The three members of the Detective Boys. They cooperate with Conan in the plan to stop Pterodactyl's bomb at the end of the movie.

The Bomber
His real name is unknown. A tall, long-haired man with glasses. He has planned bomb incidents three times in the past, and two of those explosions resulted in the deaths of Kenji Hagiwara and Jinpei Matsuda. His third attempt failed due to the efforts of Conan and others, and he was arrested by Sato and Takagi and was serving time in prison.
In this work, he escapes from prison with the help of Pterodactyl. He is cornered by Amuro and Kazami, who arrive shortly after, but is fitted with a collar bomb by Pterodactyl and dies in front of them.

Pterodactyl
A key character in this work. A mysterious assassin based in Russia, active worldwide. He wears a mask resembling a plague doctor's mask, and his nationality, age, gender, and other details are completely unknown. He is skilled with firearms and possesses high physical abilities. When escaping, he uses a hookshot to move without regard for elevation differences.
He uses a special liquid bomb that causes a high-power explosion by mixing two liquids, pink and light blue. In addition to large-scale stationary bombs, he also uses collar bombs equipped with the same liquid explosive.
While active in Russia, he killed many people, including Elenika's family, and eliminated all witnesses who saw his true identity. He also encountered Furuya, Matsuda, Date, and Morofushi in Japan three years ago, escaping despite being injured in the right shoulder. He now appears before Furuya, using the aforementioned bomber as a decoy, and attaches a collar bomb to his neck. From the characteristics of this collar bomb, Furuya deduces that he is the same person as the bomber encountered three years ago.

Muranaka Tsutomu
A former Superintendent of the First Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department, a colleague of Megure's. His past sternness earned him the nickname "Devil Muranaka." He injured his shoulder during a mission and decided to leave the police force to start a family. With his police intuition, he recognized Amuro Tooru as a Public Security Police officer, but his intuition had no effect on Christine's true identity. Upon learning that his fiancée was the bomber "Flame" (Pterodactyl), he was shocked. Persuaded by Inspector Megure, he pulled himself together, rushed forward, knocked out Christine, and promised Elenika that the Japanese police would severely punish her. He also promised to keep Amuro's identity a secret from everyone and finally worked with the Detective Boys to stop the bomb from detonating.

Christine Richard
40 years old, Muranaka Tsutomu's fiancée. Her parents are French, and she has lived in Japan since she was 20, so she speaks fluent Japanese. She met Muranaka in the hospital. However, her true identity is the indiscriminate bomber "Flame" (Pterodactyl). She clashed with Furuya, Matsuda, Date, and Morofushi three years ago. During the encounter, she was shot in the right shoulder by Hiromitsu. Since doctors told her that removing the bullet would damage her nerves, she gave up on it, and as a result, she can no longer raise her right arm. Her motive for this crime was to eliminate all members of the civilian group "Nihilists" who were obstructing her, and to take revenge on Furuya and others. In the end, she fought with Furuya in a helicopter. After crashing and being injured, she was still determined to kill Furuya, but was ultimately knocked unconscious by Muranaka and defeated. She was arrested by the Japanese police and brought to justice.

※Nada Unichtozhit'i
A civilian Russian unit. The name means "must put an end to (Pterodactyl)" in Russian. All members have had their loved ones, such as family and friends, killed by Pterodactyl, and they have been pursuing him for revenge, appearing all over the world. This organization was formed for retaliation due to frustration with the slow response of various countries' police forces in arresting Pterodactyl. In the latter half of the movie, they cooperate with Conan and the Detective Boys to stop Pterodactyl's bomb.

Elenika Lavrentieva
A key character in this work. The leader of "Nada Unichtozhit'i." 29 years old. She is a woman characterized by her blonde hair and greenish eyes, with burn-like marks on her face. In the past, her son Kirill and her husband, who was a police officer, were killed in her home country, and her brother was also killed in the incident in the story, giving her a strong desire for revenge against Pterodactyl, leading her to act recklessly. She is searching for Matsuda and visits Japan with many of her comrades. She can speak fluent Japanese. She distrusts the police due to their hesitant attitude towards arresting Pterodactyl. She sees her son's resemblance in Conan and treats him specially.

Oleg Lavrentiev
A member of the civilian armed organization "Nada Unichtozhit'i" and Elenika Lavrentieva's brother.
He came into contact with Pterodactyl three years ago and was taken hostage at that time, but was rescued by Furuya and the police academy group (including Matsuda, Hagiwara had already died, so there were four of them).
He received Matsuda's business card at that time. He came to Japan to find Matsuda, who knew how to dismantle bombs, but shortly after passing by Haibara and the others in front of the Metropolitan Police Department, a half-destroyed tablet he obtained from his hideout was remotely activated and exploded, killing him.
It can be inferred that he was acting alone without informing his sister, as Elenika repeatedly sent him messages on his phone saying, "Where are you?" and "Come back."

Dmitry Lazarev, Grigory Lazarev
Members of "Nada Unichtozhit'i." They are brothers who act with Elenika Lavrentieva. They attack and kidnap Chiba, who was gathering information. Unlike Elenika, who speaks fluent Japanese, they always speak in Russian.
When Elenika's son was killed in a bombing, they desperately stopped Elenika from jumping into the flames.
