Production Notes

The first thing that drew me in was the ability to choose from various countries in this Keduk competition. Originally, many of my works featured captain characters within the world of Woojik Airlines, so creating a country and a captain to match wouldn't have been too difficult. However, I had a strong desire to create something different this time, and after much thought, research, and walks, this work came to mind.

After all, there are already many actors playing murderers, or actors who are rumored to have a dirty past. I spent a long time contemplating what story I could weave here and present on the stage of France. Among the many film festivals, the Cannes Film Festival was the one that kept replaying in my mind.

To fully capture the character's essence, I delved deep into why such rumors followed him and why he was even accused of murder. The answer I arrived at was that his flaw and weakness was ultimately being a vampire; he couldn't live without craving someone. The concept of a seemingly perfect man who cannot exist without someone's life force is, in itself, captivating.

And so, this actor was born. I hope you will look upon him kindly.
