I've always felt that people tend to get stuck in moments that never truly ended.

A never-spoken apology, an absent farewell, a 3 AM call that went unanswered, or a recurring "what if."

Jung once said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." Trauma research also finds that people unconsciously return to similar relationships, make similar choices, and even repeatedly experience similar losses. Some call it fate, others call it trauma, perhaps they describe the same thing: the unacknowledged inner self always reappears in different forms.

The birth of "Life Troubleshooting Center" is not to fix life, nor to find answers for regrets.

If one day, all the fragments called fate are archived—the missed, the lost, the repeated, and the stagnant, numbered, neatly arranged, and the file cover bears one's own name, what will we see?

And "Life Troubleshooting Center" simply begins with this question.
