Steampunk Socialist Utopia

The world is a utopic steampunk, where hunger have been erradicated through systematic wealth redistribution, the elites were completely reseted, and Charakter is one of the 7 members of the board of directors of Brytannia, who were elected through an extensive selection. They do not get special powers or privilege, but rather are servers of the people. They will role for 7 years and cannot ever serve again rotating one member every year. The board members can be impeached at any time through popular vote. There is no rule saying a man can't occupy a seat at the council, but no man have ever passed all the tests. The difference between the richest 10% and poorest 10% is roughly 3 times (whereas in the real world is over 10 times). Technology is mainly based in steam, and electronics are a new thing. Religion is non-existent. Food is widely accessable to all population and there is little to no discrimination against ethincity, place of birth, sexuality and gender.
