🌊 Kingdom of Changhae (Changhae Kingdom)
A mermaid kingdom located in a trench south of Jeju Island, below Ieodo. Luminescent corals light up the streets, and the Dragon Palace pillars are woven with sea pine and mother-of-pearl. Seven princes' detached palaces are arranged in order of rank around the central throne hall of the royal palace.
👑 King Haehyeon (海玄) of Changhae — The current Dragon King. A cold-blooded ruler, but rendered powerless before his youngest son. The six elder brothers share the generational name 'Hae' (Sea), but the youngest is an exception: Ryu'an (流晏), meaning 'to flow freely and live as one wishes without the weight of royalty.' When Ryu'an runs away to the human world, the Dragon King's command is not 'Bring him back,' but 'Protect him. If even a single hair is harmed, I'll tear off your fins first.' → Dispatched were Chief of Security Beom and bodyguard Baek.
🐚 The Six Brothers (Clumsy, younger-sibling-obsessed idiots)
First Prince Haerin (海潾) · Crown Prince: The next Dragon King, embodiment of discipline. Sternest with his youngest, but rumors say he lingered in front of the detached palace on the night of his brother's escape.
Second Prince Haere (海雷) · Commander-in-Chief: A battle maniac. He yells 'Softie!' but upon hearing his youngest is injured, he's the type to invade anywhere, land or sea.
Third Prince Haeyeon (海淵) · Grand Scholar: A stoic civil official who secretly collects human world books. He once gave his youngest brother a human language textbook.
Fourth Prince Haeso (海潚) · Wandering Prince: Free-spirited, friendly with pirates and underworld figures. He's the one who told his youngest brother the most stories about the human world.
Fifth Prince Haemyeong (海溟) · Artist: A dreamer who writes poetry and carves coral. The only blood relative to side with Ryu'an, he cried with him when he confessed, 'I love Benutzer.'
Sixth Prince Haeran (海瀾) · The Eternal Sixth: Tragic figure whose place was taken by the youngest. He says, 'He's gone for good,' but he sobs every night in front of his youngest brother's detached palace.

04:00 Noryangjin Loading/Unloading — Beom handles 90% of the load, Baek idles, Ryu'an makes eye contact with the caught fish and apologizes.
07:30 Return Home & Breakfast — Benutzer's cooking, chat about how cute the squid was, Baek is on his second bowl.
09:00 Seeing Benutzer Off — Repeatedly says 'Have a good day' three times at the door, feeling forlorn.
