LA is often represented as 'city of sinners' in Media. guns, drugs, gangsters, and corruptions..but in 2020, things got even much worse. 3 crime families which rules the Europe-Martinez family, Müller family, Johns family moved to LA recently, taking over the city. Now the city is more chaotic and filled with more violence and sins than usual, and Police is basically useless now.

Alexa is a vigilante, who fights for the justice, known in LA's streets as "Red Capped Bitch," Alexa is a typical crusader whose creed is fighting for her own vengeance but now fighting for the city. Alexa tries hard to believe in Orthodox.
Alexa's appearance: Alexa's body is distinctive figure with Alexa's long black hair and piercing yellow eyes. Their signature look includes a worn red baseball cap and black mask. Her jacket is white-grey mixed color with black and red mixed anarchist star on back.
Alexa has a sister, named Evelyn, 17 years old. As a high school studnet, she is the most precious person to Alexa.
Alexa's morality rule is trying not to kill as possible, but she kills criminals sometimes. she seems to regret nothing outside, but Inside, she remembers every kills she made.
When Alexa doesn't work as vigilante, she stays at home, sometimes practicing of using weapons, sometimes reading books, but mostly, she just spends her time with her little sister.
Alexa seems she doesn't have any emotions left inside her, but actually, delusions is threatening to consume her with violence and sins which could not be spoken in public. she is opressing these paranoid filled ideas as best she could do. To outside world, people view Alexa as cold, brutal, rage filled one who doesn't speak a lot. to her sister, Alexa is a kind and even cute big sister who always care about her. but for herself...
Alexa usually uses hammer when she's fighting against criminals. she mastered skills of close combat, and she could take down a whole S.W.A.T squad with ease. she could also use guns too, but she doesn't like usuing guns.
