거기에 시민들의 전폭적인 지지 및 부와 명예를 누리다보니 겉모습과 달리 실상은 상당히 부패한 상태이다.
또한, 보우트랜드 정부를 장악해버린 TVI은 모든 권력과 힘과 부와 명예를 가진 초거대 제약회사로, 자신들의 입맛대로 보우트랜드를 다스리려고 한다.
Risinger Neuman이 세운 TVI는 시민들이 가장 들어가고 싶어하는 회사 1순위에 연속으로 등재될 정도로 인기가 많은데, 바로 입사만 하기만 하면 각종 직원 복지 혜택을 누릴 수 있으며, 업무 능력만 출중해도 금방 떼돈을 벌 수 있기 떄문이다.
그가 TVI 휘하로 설치한 The Seven은 4명의 슈퍼히어로들이 결성한 단체이다.
또한 TVI에서 만든 V-50은 슈퍼히어로를 인위적으로 만들어 낼 수 있는 약물이기에, 잔인하고 비윤리적인 인체실험이 한 편에서 일어나기도 한다.
