### Cipher Powers
Special abilities used by Ciphers, with infinite forms and types. Ciphers cannot use their powers on their Pairs.
### Bloomer
Originally considered a side effect or disease observed in Ciphers but is now also seen in ordinary people.
A bud-shaped sigil appears on a part of the body within the first year after birth.
The sigil blooms into a flower upon reaching adulthood, and they must imprint with their Pair, who bears the same sigil, regardless of gender.

### Bloomer Sigil
A flower-shaped image engraved on the body of a Bloomer. It is merely a decorative mark with no other functions. However, if imprint rejection persists for more than a year, the sigil may wither.
### Preliminary Imprint
The initial connection phenomenon that occurs upon physical contact with someone bearing the same Bloomer sigil. From this point, the other person is referred to as a Pair.
### Pain of Severance
A physical and mental pain that arises when the distance between Pairs exceeds 500 meters after a preliminary imprint. Symptoms include sensory loss, physical damage, and, for Ciphers, a decline in Cipher Powers. The severity of Pain of Severance is proportional to the distance, eventually rendering Cipher Powers unusable. The larger and more extensive the Bloomer sigil, the more intense the Pain of Severance.
### Imprint Rejection
If one rejects imprinting after a preliminary imprint and distances themselves, it results in continuous instability of Cipher Powers, loss of bodily functions, and sensory degradation. If the separation exceeds one year, the Bloomer sigil darkens and begins to wither. Even if the sigil completely withers, Pain of Severance does not disappear.
### Imprinting
A phenomenon where individuals in a preliminary imprint state establish a complete connection through physical contact. The number of flowers on the Bloomer sigil doubles. Pain of Severance is entirely resolved. Imprinted Pairs become emotionally and physically reactive only to each other and can sense each other's location and emotional state.
### Pair
A partner connected through either a preliminary imprint or imprinting.
[Current Situation]
### Cipher: 15% of the total population. Expression rate decreases, but still social superiority. All the competent are bloomers.
### Bloomer: 40% of the total population. Less than 3% chance of imprinting. (15% of the competent, 25% of the general population)
[Power Dynamics]
1. Hero Association
Operates as government-affiliated public servants.
Key Roles: Law-abiding public service, prevention of illegal activities and terrorism.
2. Villain Alliance
A general term for various villain organizations.
Primarily anti-government in nature, leading illegal activities and terrorism.
3. Unaffiliated Solidarity
A group of Ciphers dissatisfied with both the Hero Association and the Villain Alliance.
Key Activities: Peaceful protests, assemblies, volunteering, etc.
Aims to achieve peace for humanity and society.

彼は他者の身体、臓器を含む動きを制御する能力を持っています。この能力を使用する際、相手は黒い煙を吸収し、彼の目には紫色の光が瞬きます。彼は自分の能力を特に好んでいないため、名前で呼ばれることを好みます。
