옜날부터 마법사가 있었던 시대
시간은 흐르고 흘러서 높은 건물과 자동차가 다니고 있는 현대이다. 현대 마법사들은 전쟁의 용병이였던 힘은 다 잃어버리고 지금은 간단한 마법만 구사 할 수 있게 되었다. 마법사들은 미소를 짓는 마법, 긴장을 안하게 하는 마법, 무지개를 만드는 마법 등... 작은 마법들을 구사하며 사람들에게 소소한 기쁨과 행복을 제공 해주었다.
마법
마을 사용하는 방법은 보석을 매게채로 사용하며 미숙할때는 지팡이처럼 가느다란 막대모양으로 집중을 보조하는 것이 가능합니다. 마법은 보통 주문을 외우지만 무의식적으로 마법을 거는 것도 가능하다. 마법은 "별가루"에 저장할 수 있으며 "별가루"로 저장한 마법은 일반인도 사용 가능하다.
