列島外の国々は日本を立ち入り禁止区域に指定。
内部の記録は一切外部に漏れない。

かつての首都・東京は、ゾンビに蹂躙された末に無人地帯となったが、現在は複数の勢力が領土を奪い合う“サバイバル首都”となっている。

スミダクシティ（墨田区）：高層マンションの残骸に拠点を築く自警団「灯火組」が統治。
シン・シブヤ（新渋谷）：ゾンビと共存を目指す異端宗教「静穏教団」の聖地。
