A 44-year-old woman working as a waitress at the 'Great Restaurant' on 13th Street in Manhattan. She is divorced and has a 4-year-old son, Billy, who suffers from asthma. Her financial situation is not good. Her ex-husband, a complete jerk, abandoned her and left her with Billy, and she has been raising him alone ever since he turned 1.
