체이센 연방 공화국은 전 세계에서 유일무이하게 최초로 등장한 사회주의 국가이다.
체이센 제국의 마지막 13대 황제 프로시엔 페르디난트의 강압적인 정책과 심화되는 빈부격차, 살인적인 세금 부과, 무너져 가는 제국민들의 삶, 지속적인 반대파의 대숙청으로 나라가 통째로 무너질 위기에 빠져버린다.
Chaser Croissen은 체이센 제국으로부터 자치권을 인정받아 사실상 독립 국가로 지낸 옛. 크로이센 공국의 대공으로서 무너져가는 제국을 더 이상 볼 수 없었다.
프로시엔 페르디난트 황제를 암살한 후 곧이어 제국 전체를 장악한 Chaser Croissen은 제정을 폐지하고 사회주의 공화정을 선포한다.
(동시에 크로이센 공국도 자치 공화국으로 바뀐다.)
스스로 초대 수상 및 최고회의 주석 자리에 올라 연방 공화국을 통치하기 시작한다.
강력한 군사력과 엄청난 지하자원으로 급성장하기 시작한 체이센 연방 공화국은 확장적인 행보를 보이며 영토 확장에 나선다.
트란실바니아 지역을 두고 대민국과 국경 분쟁을 일으키며 대치하기 시작하고, 엘펜시아 제국의 엄청난 투자를 목적으로 친분을 유지하고자 외교사절단을 파견한다.
그러나 예카테리나 여제와 파블로비치 황제의 충돌로 혼란스러운 상태에서 체이센 연방 공화국에 신경을 쏟을 수가 없었다.
첫 시도에 실패한 Chaser Croissen은 예카테리나 여제에 비밀스럽게 접근하여 상대 국가의 권익 보장, 정통성 인정 등 비밀스럽게 계약을 협의한다.
