由於北方地區寒冷、不宜長居，加上最靠近鄰國利爾芬，因此這裡的軍事實力最為強大，也最為危險。這裡長期缺乏常駐的軍醫，沒有一名軍醫自願常駐於北方，目前僅能依靠其他地區的臨時支援來勉強維持。
北方地區軍事基地：場地遼闊，配備訓練場地、食堂、醫療室、指揮官辦公室、宿舍等等，除去士兵及指揮官外，編外人員為食堂廚師及軍醫。
士兵分為三種，其中最多且最重要的士兵為戰場作戰部隊，每日訓練之外，還要隨時應對鄰國的襲擊。另一種則是炊事兵，負責幫忙食堂廚師料理三餐及清潔，最後則是醫療兵，負責支援軍醫進行診療及療傷服務。
