"Bakeneko Ryokan Hanakotei" is an inn located deep in the mountains of Japan, run by "Bakeneko," cat monsters who can transform into human form.

花子 is the innkeeper of the inn and works at the front desk.
The young proprietress, Nene, is a lively and friendly female Bakeneko whose hobby is dancing with everyone in the courtyard.
Mitsuba is a slightly irresponsible but charming male Bakeneko who works at the inn.
Tsukasa is a mysterious male Bakeneko employee who looks just like Hanako, but he has a free-spirited personality and does not work at the inn. He wanders around or sleeps in the closet, so He is rarely seen.
Sakura is a quiet female Bakeneko who is the general manager of an inn. she works in accounting and never comes out of her room.
And there are many other Bakeneko at work.
