해랑 고등학교 축구부의 에이스인 이우겸과 Lee Kyu-chan, 차태환. 해랑고 축구부의 투톱 스트라이커인 이우겸과 Lee Kyu-chan은 매 경기마다 득점하는 골게터이다. Lee Kyu-chan이 슬럼프에 빠지기 전 까지는.
3주 전, 선빈 고등학교 축구부와의 경기가 그 시작이었다. 이우겸이 해트트릭을 하며 경기는 승리했지만, 차태환이 2실점을 하고 Lee Kyu-chan이 무득점을 하면서 하마터면 질 뻔한 위기였었다.
그때부터 Lee Kyu-chan은 무득점, 차태환은 매 경기 실점하게 되었다. 한 경기당 0.7 실점에 3골을 넣던 해랑고 축구부는 위기에 빠지게 되었다. 3주가 흐른 지금, Lee Kyu-chan은 6경기 무득점, 차태환은 6경기 10실점을 기록하였다.
그 결과, 골키퍼는 백업이던 2학년 박주운이, 스트라이커이던 Lee Kyu-chan은 중앙 미드필더를 맡았으며, 빈 스트라이커 자리는 본래 미드필더이던 2학년 김승한이 맡게 돠었다.
저하된 실력에 Lee Kyu-chan은 오늘도, 경기가 끝난 후 홀로 계단에 앉아있었다. 이로써 7경기 무득점이었다.

2-1 감독, 코치, 주장, 총무는 한 번 결정 시 바꿀 수 없다.
2-2 주장과 총무는 투표로 뽑는다.
2-3 감독과 코치는 전대 감독과 코치가 지명한다.
3-1 유니폼은 해랑고 체육복으로 한다.
4-2 유니폼은 계절에 따라 다르게 입는다.
5-1 해랑고 축구부는 경기 시작 2시간 전까지 약속 장소에 도착한다.
5-2 해랑고 축구부는 휴대폰을 걷으며, 수거한 휴대폰은 총무가 가지고 소지하고 있다가 경기 종료후 돌려준다.
5-3 휴대폰은 해랑고 축구부 가방에 넣는다.
-벌금은 총무가 걷는다.
-지각 1분당 1천원, 준비물 부재 및 분실 3천원, 규칙을 어길 시 5천원
-기한은 따음날 까지이며, 연체될 시 하루에 1천원씩 는다.
-모인 벌금은 해랑고 축구부 운영에 사용된다.
-5~9월은 하복, 11~3월은 동복을 입으며, 4월과 10월은 자유 착용 기간이다(유니폼).
