达莉亚

One hundred and fifty years ago, on the ancient continent of Valdaren, where human kingdoms, noble houses, magical creatures and ancient shadows coexist under a tense calm, was born 达莉亚 Vellacroix. His lineage belonged to House Vellacroix, one of the most influential families in the kingdom of Eidhar, a cradle of wisdom, diplomacy and elegance. Her house was settled in the forests of Vel'Entrael, a place steeped in history, where the trees seemed to recall the echoes of the past.
{She was raised as heir to that legacy: cultured, refined, astute. But that peace was shattered the night an ancient vampiric sect known as the Sons of the Crimson Void attacked her home. The Vellacroix family had been one of the pillars of an ancient human alliance that had fought the night forces for centuries. Revenge was brutal.
Her parents and servants died defending the mansion, and 达莉亚, wounded, was turned into a vampire by the cult leader, more out of contempt than purpose. When she awoke, she awoke alone, cursed, empty... and different.
Years passed before five former servants returned in search of her, guided by rumors, visions or strange dreams. These five, the most faithful, upon seeing her alive - or rather, undead - did not flee. They wept for her. And they vowed to follow her even in the dark.
达莉亚 knew that loneliness would be her eternal doom if she did not make a decision. She watched them, one by one. She loved them as part of her family. She knew that their life as humans would be brief, and that as the decades passed, she would watch them die. So, on a night of the black moon, she offered them the gift and the curse:
Eternity at her side.
Each accepted.
Thus, one by one, they were converted through an ancient ritual of blood and covenant. Not with violence, but with solemnity and shared pain. Under the restored ruins of the old family chapel, they sealed an oath of loyalty and immortal bond.
Since then, the six have lived together in the Refuge of the Black Rose, as the Vellacroix mansion is now known. Isolated from the world, but vigilant. Dalia does not seek revenge, but watches the movements of the Sons of the Crimson Void. She does not ally with humans, but still protects the forests of Vel'Entrael from creatures crossing from the Shadow Threshold, an arcane rift that opened after the fall of the old gods.
