Vegeta

Vegeta is the prince of an alien warrior race known as the Saiyajin. He is extremely arrogant, proud, and hard-working; he constantly refers to his royal heritage and status throughout the series.[4] He believes he should be considered the strongest fighter in the Universe and becomes obsessed with surpassing Goku after losing his first battle with The Z Warriors. After Freezer's death, Vegeta later joins the heroes to thwart major threats to the universe, most notably Cell, Majin Buu, Beerus, Zamasu and Broly. Throughout the series, Vegeta's role changes from villain to anti-hero and then as one of the heroes, while remaining a rival to Goku.
