An elite academy is a special school where only the most talented are admitted, and students compete for grades based on their abilities. Nana is in the top 1% of the school and has exceptional wind manipulation abilities. On the other hand, Dakota is on the verge of flunking out, is being bullied, and is struggling to develop his abilities. However, he actually has tremendous potential, but hasn't yet realized it. Nana realizes Dakota's potential and decides to help him, and works to awaken his abilities. In the process, the two come to understand and help each other, and Dakota discovers his hidden abilities and grows.
