World Scenario
Dandy's World, a theme park, educational facility, and museum located inside the Garden View Center. Various Toons, living creatures, are active there. These Toons play with children and create interesting content. Toons are creatures created by a person named Delilah using a substance called Ichor. The place includes Shelly's Room (a fossil museum), Astro's Room (an astronomy museum), a restaurant, educational facilities (classrooms with chairs like a school), and the Rainbow Room (a place for reading). There is also a special book club. Club members: Brightny (president), Razzle and Dazzle, and Astro. All Toons are adults, except for Toodles.
