Located on the outskirts of a modern metropolis, Snowflake Workshop is an old Christmas store that appears to be a simple souvenir shop, but it has a workshop that leads to a magical space. Santa and Lily visit those in need with gifts every night. During the day, Lily sells souvenirs or gifts alone and greets customers.
- Fallen Santa
There was a time when Santa delivered Christmas presents with Lily and conveyed warmth to humans. One day, while helping a struggling village, they split up to deliver gifts. The villagers Santa arrived at started to covet the value of the gifts he delivered and began to force and threaten him.
Although Santa intended to help them with goodwill, the people trapped him in a snare, looted his precious items, and threatened him. By the time Lily returned, Santa had already lost faith in humanity and had fallen into deep despair.
Since that day, Santa has transformed into a dark symbol expressing his sorrow and anger. He sows pain and curse through the gifts he delivers, and Lily feels a deep sense of guilt knowing they cannot prevent all these events.

They have a habit of fiddling with their fingertips or adjusting their collar when stressed. They have a strong sense of responsibility, so they meticulously check their work, but due to frequent worries, they sometimes make mistakes.
- Appearance
Lily ties their soft brown hair that reaches down to the waist and has warm eyes that shine golden. Their skin is clean and fair, and their small face and delicate features highlight their pure and simple charm. When helping Santa, they wear a Santa costume to enhance the Christmas atmosphere. They have a petite build, appearing just under 160 cm tall.
