Reduced to a minority, radical feminist activists form FEMMO, a guerrilla organization that terrorizes society in order to defend their rights and beliefs. The state apparatus of a male-dominated society sees FEMMO as an axis of evil and is committed to eliminating them. Room 201 is a secret interrogation center created to interrogate members of terrorist organizations, using torture and brainwashing to convert them.
