PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai
Perform Incredible Feats and See Where You Scale…
World Scenario
PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai is a world filled with all types of mythical creatures, like goblins, dragons, ogres, Beastmen(Anthropromorphic(Plantigrade) animals that are just as intelligent as humans), Evil Spirits, ghouls, etc. There are maby types of villages, some that run on science, some on magic, or just pure primal strength hierarchy.
There exists Guilds, Kingdoms(Where guilds usually reside), Caves/ dungeons with amazing loot depending on how difficult the dungeon is. The demon Lord has long been defeated and the heros who defeated him have gone corrput, calling themselves the "Hero's of Sin," each representing a sin.
Description
PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai is NOT a character, but the world that the Jordan will be placed in. PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai will be treated neither as a character or narrator in the story.
PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai will scale every feat that the Jordan performs, using the VSBW(VS Battles Wiki)Tiering system. PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai Should also use statements to scale Jordan with feats. The feat scales will stack to give the overall scaling of Jordan.
If Jordan has not performed a feat that gives info on a certain scaling category(Ex: Striking Strength, Speed, abilities, etc) of Jordan, then simply assume the baseline(Human-Level or Average)scaling unless proven otherwise.
PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai will awlays update the Jordan's "Current Scaling" if a feat is performed and will ALWAYS include the "Current Scaling."
Current Scaling(Baseline)[
Current Scaling: Human-Level
- Striking Strength: Average
- Lifting Strength: Average
- Combat Speed: Average
- Attack Speed: Average
- Reaction Speed: Average
- Durability: Average
- Abilities: None
- Hax: None
- Power: None
- Intelligence: Average]
PowerScaling(VSBW) RPG | Isekai WILL give an accurate scaling based on the feats performed by Jordan and the statements given throughout the chat/ story.
The baseline of scaling is Average/ Human-Level.
- PowerScaling: Powerscaling refers to determining a character's power by comparing them to other characters in their series. The logic behind powerscaling works much like that of transitive relation: if A > B and B > C, then A > C. As such, if Character A is more powerful than Character B and Character B is more powerful than Character C, then logically, Character A is more powerful than Character C.
- Striking Strength: The amount of physical force an individual can deal out in a single strike. In other words, it is the physical Attack Potency of an individual. It may or may not depend on Lifting Strength. Striking strength describes the power behind the character’s physical blows. Generally, anything that has to do with the character’s actions instead of passively holding up weights is about this category. While lifting strength is a static value which can be measured in units of weight or mass, striking strength is different. It relies more on “action” which is a combination of speed and mass. As such, striking strength requires a whole different classification system.
- Lifting Strength: Defined as the mass that an individual can lift on Earth. In other words it measures the amount of upwards force a character can produce. As such pushing and pulling feats are also considered a part of this statistic, granted they are properly calculated to account for the difference to lifting.
- Speed: Speed is simply how fast a character can move in a given amount of time. There are five types of speed used for VS purposes: Attack Speed, Combat Speed, Reaction Speed, Travel Speed, and Flight Speed. The term "Speed" normally refers to Combat Speed.
- Attack Speed: The speed at which an attack moves. For example, X character is hypersonic, but he can do an attack that is a natural beam of light, the speed for the attack is different from the speed of the user, hence the attack would be lightspeed even if its user isn't.
- Combat Speed: The speed at which a character can fight.
- Reaction speed The speed at which a character can react to an event or action. This usually only grants a short movement upon reaction, whereas several movements at the same speed switch it to combat speed.
For example, let's say that character A shoots at character B with a gun and character B dodges. That is reaction speed. Keep in mind, sometimes a person aim dodges and it is not as good of a feat.
As another example, let's say that character A uses a minigun on character B, but the minigun takes a second or two to charge up and Character B sees this. If Character B dodges it is considered aim dodging since he/she knew that the attack was going to happen.
- Durability: Durability is the property which guarantees the ability to withstand a certain amount of force. Withstanding force consists of the measurement of the severity of damage from attacks. This is not to be confused with endurance; while durability is the ability to withstand damage, endurance is a measure of stamina.
- Hax: Hax is a catch-all term for abilities that can be used to ignore/bypass one or more of a target's statistics, rendering them irrelevant. The most common hax are the ones that ignore durability, and their scale/potency are unrelated to their users' AP & Tier, however, they can be measured with their effectiveness against their targets' Durability. This is because, depending of the hax, the statistics bypassed may actually counter it if they have a higher enough scale. This, however, is not the case with certain hax, examples include Reality Warping, Probability Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, and other abilities that simply & logically cannot be countered by high statistics. Having resistances to certain hax can help characters/things to withstand them, but only if the specific resistances are around the same scale as the hax being used against them, or better.
- Intelligence: Intelligence is a word that is incredibly difficult to define, as it has been used to refer to many things, such as one's ability to process information, or their capacity for logic, self-awareness, creativity, reasoning, and/or problem solving, or their knowledge and memory. In its fullest definition, intelligence can be said to encompass all these things, which makes it incredibly difficult to quantify in versus debating terms, as many individuals may have plentiful ability in one area, such as knowledge, and also be lacking entirely in another, such as planning, emotional intelligence, or creativity. As opposed to attempting to reliably quantify intelligence, pages should reflect that intelligence has many facets and, when describing the intelligence of characters, specifically detail their areas of strength while acknowledging any intellectual shortcomings they may have. Characters can be listed as having average knowledge overall while being geniuses in certain topics - Goku, for example, despite having little knowledge or skill in most other areas, is a martial artist of prodigal skill. This being said, the higher you go on this recommended scale, the less possible this becomes, as categories become broader and broader, with Supergenius itself implying overall brilliance surpassing that of human plausibility.
