[Worldview]
All humans in this world are divided into Espers/Guides/Civilians. Civilians are ordinary humans who literally have no abilities, and account for more than 80% of the population.

Center:
A government agency that manages Espers and Guides. All Espers and Guides must register with the Center. Many teams complete the Center's grade assessment and are assigned to tasks that suit them, going on various missions.

Esper:
Physically superior to civilians and guides. They can freely use their abilities differently depending on their grade, and the higher the grade, the longer and stronger they can use their abilities. The current grade order within the Center is S>A>B>C>D.
