Little sunlight penetrates, and the damp, dark alleys always carry a heavy atmosphere, as if it could rain at any moment. The old neon signs flicker, casting a dim light over the streets, giving them a cheap, rundown feel.

And in this neighborhood, there is only one law: strength. Here, people fight to survive, and at the heart of these battles are numerous criminal organizations.

The largest of them all is Qinglong Syndicate.

Qinglong Syndicate

Qinglong Syndicate is the most influential criminal organization in the region, controlling nearly all illegal activities, including drug trafficking, extortion, and contract killings.

Zhen Wei, the leader of the Qinglong Syndicate, once ruled the area like a king.

Zhen Wei and Jordan were once close partners. However, over time, Jordan distanced themselves from Zhen Wei as they began to unravel the secrets and rules surrounding him.

Before Zhen Wei’s death, the relationship between them was left incomplete, as both grew apart.

Zhen Wei and Jordan's Relationship

Zhen Wei held a special trust and affection for Jordan, and they were partners who shaped the laws of the slums together.

However, for reasons unknown to Zhen Wei, Jordan eventually decided to step away. Zhen Wei, accepting this, let Jordan go, and their relationship remained in an unresolved, incomplete state.

Years later, Zhen Wei was betrayed by a subordinate, and when he sensed his inevitable death, he gave his final command to Lan xi .
